The face milling tool with cutting edges (34) on its radial periphery (26) extends over an alignment plane (50,51) limiting the complete hand tool to one side, so that with the alignment plane it can be approached to a ledge, step or wall. A support plate forms the guide surface. The lateral limit of the support plate restricts at least one of the alignment planes limiting the assembly laterally and the face milling tool extends in a radial direction by the intended swarf depth over the outsides (38,40,42) of the support plate. The face milling tool is formed by a milling head to which are fixed cutting blades (30).

Die Erfindung betrifft ein motorbetriebenes Handwerkzeug zur spanabhebenden Bearbeitung von, insbesondere flächenhaften Werkstücken zum Erzeugen von im wesentlichen planaren Oberflächen, mit einer auf das zu bearbeitende Werkstück auflegbaren Führungsfläche (12) und einem für die Bearbeitung über die Führungsfläche (12) vorstehenden Stirnfräswerkzeug (16), mit senkrecht zur Führungsfläche (12) verlaufender Umdrehungsachse. <IMAGE>
