[origin: EP0776019A2] The switch includes the housing (1) which contains a rotor (9) made of insulating material with a contact spring (20) terminated in tongues (19) and stabilised by means of a disc (29). The fixed contacts (8) are formed e.g. by chemical etching on the metallised surface of a baseplate (6) with holes (5) for fixing pegs (4). When the baseplate is brought to bear upon the face (3) of the housing, the two are clamped firmly together irrespective of the thicknesses of the plate and its metallisation. The spring is immobilised in the housing with its tongues projecting from the end (18) of the rotor in the direction of its axis (21).
