Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0776626A2] The suction device includes a float (13) set in the collecting container and operating a switch in dependence on height. The float is connected to a first magnet (15) directly or indirectly so that a rise and fall movement of the float causes the magnet to move along a displacement path. A second magnet (10) of like pole is associated with the first magnet and is displaceable in the direction of the displacement path of the first magnet. This second magnet is connected directly or indirectly to an operating member (8) of the switch (5). The two magnets are mounted either side of a wall of the container. The switch operating member (8) is preferably a swivel lever supporting the second magnet at its free end.
