Abstract (en)
The pressure bearing component (7) has several pressing-on rollers (8) with a controlled pressure progression and which are spaced apart and located along the pressure bearing section. Several cylindrical bodies in the form of drums or rollers are spaced apart on a straight line to support the metal band. A second metal band (2) is guided over rollers and runs parallel to the first, and is in contact with the pressing-on rollers.

Die Einrichtung enthält einen starren zylindrischen Körper (1), der drehbeweglich angeordnet ist, eine über Walzen (3 - 6) geführtes endloses Metallband (2), das unter Bildung einer Pressstrecke mit dem zylindrischen Körper in Kontakt steht und eine das Metallband mit Druck beaufschlagenden Anpressvorrichtung (7), die eine Mehrzahl von Anpresswalzen (8) mit steuerbaren Anpressverlauf umfasst, die in entlang der Pressstrecke angeordnet sind. Durch die Anpresswalzen wird die Anzahl der Pressstellen erhöht und Pressung innerhalb der Pressstrecke ist an die Erfordernisse anpassbar. Die Einrichtung eignet sich insbesondere zum Verdichten, Aushärten und Formen von mit thermohärtenden Bindemitteln vermischtes, zerspantes oder zerfasertes Lignocellulose- oder Cellulose-Material. <IMAGE>
