Abstract (en)
The installation of a steam boiler involves using a carrying structure (1) in the form of a tower of a determined height (H). A ceiling (2), of a height (h) less than that of the tower, is fixed to the top of the tower and boiler parts (3) are suspended from it. The procedure involves assembling the ceiling on the ground on which the tower is erected. The ceiling is then raised progressively to a determined height (hn) and the boiler parts suspended some metres from the ground. That height is less than or equal to the height of the boiler parts and is attained in stages. If it is less than the height of the boiler parts, the structure is erected to a determined height (h(n+1)). The ceiling is raised to this height and the boiler parts successively suspended. These stages are repeated until it reaches a height equal to that of the ceiling.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de montage d'une chaudière de production de vapeur constituée d'une structure porteuse (1) en forme de tour de hauteur totale H, d'un plafond (2) fixé au sommet de cette structure et de parties de chaudière (3) suspendues à ce plafond (2) et de hauteur totale h, comportant les étapes suivantes: (a) on assemble ledit plafond (2) sur le sol cependant qu'on érige ladite structure porteuse (1) au moins à une hauteur hn, (b) on lève progressivement le plafond (2) jusqu'à la hauteur hn et monte successivement des parties de chaudière (3A) suspendues dans une position à quelques mètres du sol. Selon l'invention, ladite hauteur hn est inférieure à la hauteur totale H de la structure porteuse (1) et on réalise pas à pas des étapes de levage du plafond (2) et de montage des parties de chaudière (3) simultanément à des étapes d'érection de la structure porteuse (1) jusqu'à sa hauteur totale H. <IMAGE>
