[origin: EP0777166A2] The watch especially wrist watch has piezo sensors (19), which are arranged as switches between the edge of the watch glass (13) and the edge of a support plate (14) underneath in the watch housing (12). At which electrical connections are formed at a circuit (21), held eccentrically under the support plate. The support plate and/or the watch glass are equipped with a flange (17) running around rib shaped at the edge, on the endface edge of which a piezo sensor (19) is arranged. A multi-layer circuit (21) is held under a ceramic support plate. A work capsule (24) with a drive motor for the movement of the hands (16) is held under the support plate near the circuit (21).
