Abstract (en)

[origin: EP0778203A2] The filler fills a pack receiver (2) with a given number of identical filled packs (3), so that the packs stand alongside each other. It has a belt (5) with compartments (6), diverted over guide rollers (4). There is a supply conveyor (7) which passes the packs to the compartments at a transfer point (8). The packs in the compartments can be moved simultaneously with a component (11) moving orthogonally to the transporting direction of the belts and another component (12) moving parallel to the transporting direction of the belt.
