Abstract (en)
The connector (1) has leaves (27) which are elastically deformable and have a bent or angled or hooked shaped plane cross section. Each leaf projects at right angles to the longitudinal axis (B) of the connector body (9,10) at the rear end of its section where it is attached to a shallow long side (3) of the connector body. The other end of the leaf has a hook or point (41), one side face of which is approximately parallel to the longitudinal axis of the body and another side face is approximately perpendicular to that axis. The connector is inserted into the hollow spacer bodies in the correct position and held there by the pressure of the leaves against the inside of the spacer bodies.

Dieser Linearverbinder soll so ausgebildet werden, daß er bei ausreichender Steifigkeit und Abriebfestigkeit des Verbindermaterials nach seinem Einbau in den Hohlraum der Abstandhalterprofile den gewünschten festen Sitz aufweist. Darüber hinaus soll er im Verbindungsbereich, d.h. in Körpermitte des Linearverbinders, beim Aufschieben der Abstandhalterprofile eine Anschlagentwirkung enfalten, die ein Durchschieben bzw. ein zu weites Hineinschieben des Linearverbinders in den Hohlraum der Abstandhalterprofile verhindert. Dies wird dadurch erreicht, daß die Lamellen (27,28) elastisch verformbar sind und einen gebogenen oder abgewinkelten, krallenförmingen Querschnitt aufweisen, derart, daß sie mit ihrem hinteren Ende (29) rechtwinklig oder nahezu rechtwinkling zur Körperlängsachse B aus der Oberfläche der beiden Schmalseiten (3,4) des Linearverbinderkörpers (1) austreten und an ihrem vorderen Ende (30) eine Spitze oder Kante (41) besitzen, welche von einer ersten Fläche (31) parallel oder nahezu parallel zur Körperlängsachse B und einer zweiten Fläche (32) senkrecht oder nahezu senkrecht zur Körperlängsachse B gebildet wird. <IMAGE>
