Abstract (en)
The boiler has a gas burner (3) and a closed circuit (6) for heating a low-volume domestic hot water tank (10). A pump (5) and a tube (4) pass through a combustion chamber (2) to form a main heat exchanger. The water drawn from the tank (10) is replaced with cold water which passes first through a secondary direct heat exchanger (14) in the closed circuit (6). The secondary heat exchanger (14) is mounted after the tank in the hot water re-heating circuit (6) and before it in the replacement circuit (9). The tank (10) has a volume of some 6 litres. The direct heat exchanger is compact in design with plates and can be enclosed within the tank. The system incorporates two temperature sensors (24,26) inside the tank and on the replacement circuit respectively.

Il s'agit d'un appareil générateur d'eau chaude sanitaire mettant en oeuvre la combustion d'un gaz et comprenant un circuit d'eau fermé (6) dit de "réchauffage sanitaire" comportant lui-même une pompe de circulation (5), une tubulure (4) associée à un brûleur à gaz (3) dans une chambre de combustion (2) et formant avec ce brûleur un échangeur principal, et le primaire d'un échangeur thermique auxiliaire (E) et un circuit d'eau de puisage (9) comprenant une arrivée d'eau froide (7), le secondaire de l'échangeur thermique auxiliaire et une sortie de puisage (8), l'échangeur thermique auxiliaire comprenant un ballon de capacité réduite (10) en série avec un échangeur direct à contre-courant (14). L'échangeur direct est monté en aval par rapport au ballon sur le circuit de réchauffage sanitaire (6) et en amont par rapport au ballon sur le circuit de puisage (9). <IMAGE>
