Abstract (en)
The transformer includes laminations (4) which are cut at one corner in the same way be it parallel or perpendicular to the axis of the secondary coil or along the bisector of the angle formed in the corner by the two sides of the core. The flexible part (12) of the laminations is bent and the secondary coil (3) is placed on the fixed part (11). The flexible and fixed part are realigned along the cut (7) and fixed in position by a device to avoid any chance of an air gap.

Le transformateur de courant comporte un circuit magnétique (4) et un enroulement secondaire (3). Le circuit magnétique est constitué par des tôles empilées. Chaque tôle comporte une découpe (7) sans entrefer. Le circuit magnétique comporte une première partie fixe (11) permettant de recevoir l'enroulement secondaire et une seconde partie flexible (12) susceptible d'être momentanément déformée. Le transformateur de courant est utilisé avantageusement dans des relais de protection et des déclencheurs électroniques de disjoncteurs. <IMAGE>
