[origin: EP0780631A2] As oxidised air is used, a cross flow with a fine separator that is connected on a number of single micro-burning zones. In the single micro-burning zones, air may be induced in a hydrogen atmosphere. Hydrogen may also be induced in an air atmosphere. There may be a separating chamber that comprises of a first swage block (2) and a second swage block (3) that can be held, at a constant spacing (d), via a number of guide pipes (4). Each guide pipe may have an air-pipe bolt (6), with multiple air channels (7;23), inserted in it. The second swage plate may be made from gas permeable porous material.
