Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0780643A2] The store has a warm zone (W) for storing un-refrigerated goods and a cold zone (K) for storing goods at a temperature of between +2 and +10 degrees C. The cold zone is provided by a storage layer extending beneath the warm zone and supplied with cold air at its base and at the interface between the cold zone and the warm zone. A thermal insulation layer is provided between the cold zone and the warm zone. The cold zone is placed below ground level.
