Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0780871A1] The structured surface has a carrier layer (12) to which a number of projecting elements (14) are electrically connected. Each projecting element has a cylindrical or truncated conical shaft section (16) joined to the carrier layer and between 2 and 4 pointed elements (20) at its free end. The carrier layer and/or the projecting elements are formed from one or elements in the group containing Ni, Al, Pd, Pt,W, Fe, Ta, Rh, Cd, Cu, Au, Ag, In, Co, Sn, Si, Ge, Se and Te, with an electrically insulating mechanical protection layer (15) applied to the surface of the carrier layer between the projecting elements.
