Abstract (en)
Treating the surface of an electric conductor such as a bar (1), in particular, against oxidation and/or to ensure that the surfaces possess a low electrical contact resistance, comprises thermally spraying a protective and electrically conductive coating (3) on at least one surface of the bar. Also is the above process including anodising the all surface and locally sand-blasting the bar. Further claimed is an electricity conducting bar made of a plain material such as aluminium, and coated with silver or tin.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de traitement de la surface d'un conducteur électrique tel qu'une barre appartenant à un jeu de barres, et des jeux de barres susceptibles d'être obtenus par ce procédé. Ce procédé de traitement, notamment contre l'oxydation, d'un conducteur tel qu'une barre en aluminium (1) comprend une première étape consistant à anodiser la surface totale (4) de la barre (1), une seconde étape consistant à sabler sa surface de raccordement (2), et une troisième étape consistant à revêtir une partie au moins de cette surface de raccordement (2) d'un métal conducteur protecteur (3) par projection thermique de ce métal. <IMAGE>
