Abstract (en)
The switching connector for a radio communications terminal provided a connection between the internal circuits of the terminal and either an external aerial or an internal aerial within the radio circuit. The switching device comprises two electrical contacts (9,10), one of which is fixed (10) whilst the other is movable, being an elastic lamella. These two contacts are mounted within an insulated base with externally accessible contact terminals (4,7). When the external aerial (12) is fitted to the switching connector, the central core of the aerial (13) has an end contact which touches the elastic lamella contact (9). This action separates this contact from the fixed contact in the base of the device, thus transferring the connection from the internal circuit (4) to the external aerial.

Ce connecteur à commutation pour terminal de radiocommunications, apte à assurer un raccordement de circuits internes à ce terminal, soit à une antenne extérieure, soit à l'antenne de ce terminal, suivant qu'une prise de raccordement à une telle antenne extérieure est, ou non, couplée à ce connecteur, comporte essentiellement, placé à l'intérieur du boîtier de ce terminal un moyen de contact électrique (9) actionnable directement par une prise de raccordement (12) et permettant de réaliser le raccordement souhaité, suivant son état actionné ou non. <IMAGE>
