Abstract (en)
The device comprises a hose-type bag containing the pulp and a component for emptying the bag of pulp and applying it in a controlled manner. The device has a basic body (1) provided with a hollow cylindrical chamber (13). The internal diameter of the chamber virtually corresponds to the external diameter of the hose-type bag. In the chamber is a displaceable piston for emptying the bag. A device is provided (11) for operating the piston and a nozzle arrangement (2) is available for application of the pasty pulp. A closure cover closes the chamber and the nozzle arrangement is fixed to it. The issuing end of the hose-type bag is tightly connected to the nozzle arrangement directly or via an intermediate piece.

Eine Vorrichtung zum Auftragen von in Schlauchbeuteln aufgenommenen, pastösen 2-K Massen weist einen Grundkörper (1) auf, der mit einer hohlzylindrischen Kammer versehen ist. Auf der Vorderseite der Vorrichtung ist eine Düsenanordnung (2) angeordnet, welche mit Mitteln zum Aktivieren der 2-K Masse versehen ist. Zum Auspressen des Schlauchbeutels ist im Grundkörper (1) ein Kolben aufgenommen, welcher elektromotorisch verschiebbar ist. Der Kolben weist eine Ausnehmung zur Aufnahme des entleerten Schlauchbeutels auf. Um das Entfernen des zusammengefalteten Schlauchbeutels zu erleichtern, ist ein auf den Kolben aufschiebbarer Ring vorgesehen, welcher verhindert, dass sich die Schlauchbeutelhülle satt an die Ausnehmung des Kolben anlegt. Auf diese Weise kann der Schlauchbeutel ohne grossen Kraftaufwand zusammen mit dem Ring vom Kolben gezogen werden. <IMAGE>
