Abstract (en)
The print sheet (2) is passed under the print cylinder (3) and contacts the cylinder to transfer the image. The sheet lifter (6) is positioned in the space between the cylinder and the sheet feeder (1) on the output side of the print process. The leading edge of the print sheet is gripped by the movable lifter and moved towards the sheet feeder. The movement of the sheet lifter is synchronised with the print process. The sheet lifter comprises a flat strip or a wire strung between outer supports. It is moved near to the cylinder surface prior to pick up and is moved away from the cylinder before the leading edge of the sheet is picked up by the sheet feeder. Alternatively the outer edges of the sheet are gripped first.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und Vorrichtungen in einer Druckmaschine, um Substrate (2), z. B. Papierbogen, zuverlässig und ohne Verletzung des frischen Druckbildes auf einem Transportband (1) zu halten, nachdem sie an einem Druckzylinder (3) vorbeigelaufen sind. Zu diesem Zweck wird in einer ersten Alternative in einem Ausgangsspalt (5) zwischen dem Druckzylinder und dem Transportband eine Abstreifeinrichtung (6) angeordnet, die synchron mit dem Maschinentakt in Richtung auf den Druckzylinder (3) und davon weg beweglich ist. In einer zweiten Alternative wird eine feststehende Abstreifeinrichtung verwendet, die zuerst die Ecken oder nur die Ecken eines am Druckzylinder haften gebliebenen Substrates abstreift. <IMAGE>
