[origin: WO9609804A1] The invention relates to a mattress arrangement solving the problem caused by body fluids particularly urine and/or waters used for washing, by draining such fluids and evacuating them outwards, such arrangement being also intended to prevent bed sores and to wash oneself while in bed. The arrangement comprises particularly a mattress presenting at its center a bowl form comprising a liquid-tight removable protecting film (8) matching the shape of the recess (3) of the central block (1), having a central evacuating orifice (10), a peripheral bead (9), and pockets (13) filled with fluids; on the mattress (40) are positioned removable evacuation and draining elements (16), forming a cushion (16) and comprising communicating inflatable compartments (20) and, at their intersections, welded forms (18 and 18a) wherein are provided passages (19 and 19a), the whole assembly being covered with a pervious fabric (25).
