Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0783848A2] Hair is wound around a resilient synthetic foam body (2) and the wound-up strands are held in place by a fixing piece. The foam body is H-shaped with a central plate (3) between the two legs and the hair is wound around this plate. Four integral shanks (4-7) in the body hold the wound-up strands in place.
