[origin: EP0784154A1] The engine has a fuel line (22) extending inside a free housing section of a pump (5), which projects from a holder bore (4) in the cylinder housing. A sleeve (26) fitted into the fuel line extends partially inside the feed channel of the cylinder housing (1). The sleeve sits in a side projection (20) of the pump housing, supported on the cylinder housing. One contact surface of the housing projection has an aperture around the sleeve. This accommodates a sealing ring, which engages pretensioned on the sleeve.
