[origin: WO9611159A1] A reversing device for strip print media (10) in an electrographic printer for simplex and duplex operation contains two acute-angled deflectors in the form of two reversing triangles (33, 35) with a straight deflector (34, 36) and an oblique deflector (32, 37) at an angle of about 45 DEG thereto. The reversing triangles are mutually set apart at an angle ( alpha ) of 10 to 20 DEG so that the print medium is spread in the region between the converging ends of the oblique deflectors (32, 37). Thus the feed end and the outgoing print medium (10) are directly adjacent each other. Automatic threading is facilitated by a threading device with an internal conveyor belt (46).
