[origin: WO9612144A1] To make production easier and more economical and facilitate installation, ceiling components consist of a perforated cover panel (1) and at least one contact component (3) preferably laid removably thereon through which passes a heat conveying fluid, preferably in a plastic pipe (6) laid in meandering fashion in a guide (5). The guide (5) is secured to a contact plate (4), the contact surface (7) of which lies on a conducting component (8) in the form of a flat foil bag, e.g. of polyamine or polyester, with an internal sealant like polyethylene, filled with an unpressurised fluid (10), preferably a liquid or a gel, so that it espouses the forms of the cover panel (1) and the contact plate (4), ensuring good thermal contact between the two. To improve sound absorption, the conducting component (8) and the contact plate (4) have apertures (11) and are covered by an insulating mat (12). The conducting component may also be a plastic or elastic mat of e.g. plastic filled with metal particles.
