[origin: DE4435727A1] The object of the invention is a bonding matrix containing a flat supporting material covered with a plurality of spatially separated fields horizontally and parallel to its surface which contain stationary binding partners, each of which can attach a corresponding free binding partner of a specific bond pair, in which the regions are formed by: a) separate metal coating spots, b) thin and substantially laterally homogeneous securing layers of a bonding layer of a binding partner B1 secured by anchor groups to the metal spots. The bonding matrix may have a plurality of identical or different binding partners and thus acts as an analysis component for the simultaneous analysis of various analytes in a sample or identical analytes in different samples.
