Abstract (en)
A process for the continuous production of chipboard or fibreboard (I) from lignocellulose-containing materials (II) is claimed. (II) is in the form of chips or fibres and is impregnated with a NCO group-containing binder, formed into a mat and press-moulded in a heated press after precoating the press surfaces etc. with an external release agent (III). (III) consists of an aqueous suspension containing 5-40 wt.% talcum as the sole active release agent, with no surface-active substances.

Bei einem Verfahren zur kontinuierlichen Herstellung von Span- oder Faserplatten aus lignocellulosehaltigen Rohstoffen werden die Rohstoffe in Span- und/oder Faserform mit einem NCO-Gruppen aufweisenden Bindemittel beleimt, zu einer Matte geformt und unter Einwirkung von Wärme zu der Span- oder Faserplatte verpreßt. Dabei wird ein äußeres Trennmittel insbesondere auf den Preßzulagen vor der Verpressung aufgebracht. Als Trennmittel findet Talkum Verwendung.
