An arrangement for conveying a web of material in a machine in which the material is made includes a web stabiliser (17) which extends across substantially the whole width of the web (13). At least one separate blowing box (21) is located at one side of the stabiliser in the area of the edge of the web.

Es wird eine Anordnung zum Führen einer Materialbahn, insbesondere einer Faserstoff- beziehungsweise Papierbahn vorgeschlagen, die innerhalb einer Maschine zur Herstellung der Materialbahn angeordnet ist und wenigstens einen sich im wesentlichen über die Breite der Materialbahn erstreckenden Bahnstabilisator aufweist. Die Anordnung (1) zeichnet sich dadurch aus, daß an mindestens einer im Bereich des seitlichen Randes der Papierbahn (3) liegenden Seite des Bahnstabilisators (17) zumindest ein separater Blaskasten (21) angeordnet ist. <IMAGE>
