Abstract (en)

The component has a aluminium core profile (3) with a fire protection glazing. On both core sides is fitted an aluminium shell (6) forming an enclosed chamber on both core sides. The core profile and lateral chambers form a support profile. The chambers are thermally separated in their transverse walls (8) by strap profiles (9) of mechanically strong material of low thermal conductivity. Pref. the chambers are filled by a refractory insulating and support profile (12), positively coupled to the core profile. The transverse walls container U-shaped clamping profiles (10) for the strap profiles.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein feuerhemmendes Bauteil zur Herstellung von Brandschutzelementen, wie Türen, Fenster und dergleichen, mit einem mit einer thermischen Trennung versehenen Aluminium-Kernprofil (3), das insbesondere eine Brandschutzverglasung trägt, und mit mindestens einem beidseitig des Kernprofiles (3) angeordneten Schalen-Profil (6) aus Aluminium, das mit dem Kernprofil (3) jeweils eine geschlossene Kammer (7) bildet, wobei das Kernprofil (3) und die beidseitig des Kernprofils (3) angeordneten Schalen-Profile (6) ein tragendes Profil bilden, wobei dieses tragende Profil durch in die Querwände (45) des Kernprofils (3) integrierte Steg-Profile (9) aus mechanisch festem Material mit geringer Wärmeleitfähigkeit thermisch getrennt ist. <IMAGE>
