Abstract (en)
The cooling jet consists of a body (7) with an axial channel (8) and a transverse aperture (9) to which its outlet duct (10) is connected. The body is designed to be fixed into the engine cylinder wall so that its axial channel links with a coolant fluid feed port (15). The body of the jet comprises a cylindrical bush (14) which lies coaxially with the axial channel (8) and has an outer diameter designed to give a force fit in the fluid feed port (15). Its outer surface can be milled or smooth. The injection duct (10) has two opposite lateral faces which are able to co-operate with positioning stops during manufacture and assembly.

Le gicleur selon l'invention comprend un corps de gicleur (7) percé d'un canal axial (8) et d'un perçage transversal (9) auquel se raccorde un conduit d'injection de sortie de fluide de refroidissement (10) . Le corps de gicleur (7) comprend en outre un manchon (14) cylindrique de révolution, coaxial avec le canal axial (8), dont le diamètre extérieur est adapté pour son introduction en force dans l'orifice d'amenée de fluide (15) du carter de cylindre (2), lui-même également cylindrique de révolution. La surface externe du manchon (14) comprend une portion lisse ou moletée (16). Le gicleur est simplement emmanché en force dans l'orifice d'amenée de fluide de refroidissement (15). <IMAGE>
