Abstract (en)
The harmonic multiples of the operating frequency of a dielectric filter are attenuated by a non-conducting pattern, which is formed on one (19) or more side faces of a housing block (12) which are otherwise coated with a conducting material. The pattern may consist of linear areas (20,22), the optimum width of which is approximately 1 mm. <IMAGE>
