Abstract (en)
Narrow resistive bands (14) with edge connection bus zones, of serigraphically deposited silver in suspension, combined with fritting, are consolidated during subsequent heat treatment for curvature. A thin layer (15) of low conductivity material, nickel for preference, is applied over part or all of the resistive network, more thickly where external connections are to be soldered on. A brush (3), rotating on a horizontal motor-driven shaft (4), has metal bristles (6) rubbing on the under-side of a nickel block (8) forced downwards (10) by a spring (9) in a housing (7) on the motor casing (2). Abraded nickel particles (15) are transferred by the bristles to the glass-mounted network (14) which a conveyor (11) moves tangentially below the brush.

L'invention concerne un vitrage comportant un réseau chauffant. Selon l'invention, le vitrage comporte au moins une feuille de verre munie, sur une de ses faces, d'un réseau chauffant constitué de bandes de résistance formées d'une composition électroconductrice résultant de la cuisson d'une suspension dans un liant organique d'argent métallique et d'une fritte à bas point de fusion et de bandes collectrices formées de la même composition électroconductrice, au moins certaines zones du réseau chauffant étant directement recouvertes d'une couche mince d'un matériau faiblement conducteur. <IMAGE>
