Abstract (en)
A blade carrier (18) held in a horizontal position has a lift conveyor device (21) and produces a direct connection to the accommodation pocket (12) positioned aligned to the blade carrier. In the conveyor path of the lift conveyor device between the blade carrier and the accommodation pocket a mouthpiece (24) is integrated for pre-folding the section (1). The mouthpiece and the accommodation pocket are positioned over the blade carrier. A suction lifter is formed as a lift thruster lowerable into the locating surface of the blade carrier.

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf die Überführung eines von einer Materialbahn abgetrennten Kragenzuschnitts für eine Zigarettenpackung in eine Aufnahmetasche eines Drehtellers. Die Überführung soll mit einfachen Mitteln auf kürzestem Weg erfolgen. Erreicht wird dies durch einen Saugheber (129), welcher den Kragenzuschnitt (101) direkt von der Auflagefläche eines Untermesserträgers (118) durch einen Vertikalhub in die darüber positionierte Aufnahmetasche (112) überführt und im Zuge dieser Hubbewegung die Seitenlappen (109, 111) des Kragenzuschnitts mittels eines vorgeordneten Mundstücks (124) abwinkelt. Diese baulich vereinfachte Anordnung zeigt eine hohe Leistungsfähigkeit. <IMAGE>
