Abstract (en)
This novel electrical lighting system is designed for oven interiors. The lamp housing and its transparent cover are set into a wall opening; the lighting system sealed from the oven chamber. In novel design, the seal (4) mounts the lamp housing (1), pressing both against oven wall (3) and against lamp cover (2). Preferably, the seal (4) locates on, and edges the encircling flat flange (5) of the housing (1). The seal comprises a U-shaped cross section (6) connected to a sealing profile (7), running roughly parallel to, and overlapping it (7) with a sealing lip (8). The sealing profile (7) with the U-section (6) enclose a hollow cavity (9). The lip (8) rests on the internal oven wall (3) and is made of silicone rubber.

Die elektrische Beleuchtungsvorrichtung für einen Back- und Bratofenmuffelraum umfaßt eine transparente Lampenabdeckung und ein Lampengehäuse, das in eine Öffnung in einer Muffelraumwand (3) eingesetzt ist. Zur Abdichtung der Beleuchtungsvorrichtung gegenüber dem Muffelraum weist das Lampengehäuse (1) einen umlaufenden Flanschrand (5) auf, auf dem eine Abdichtung (4) aufgesteckt ist. Die Abdichtung (4) ist sowohl gegen die Muffelraumwand (3) als auch gegen die Lampenabdeckung (2) gepreßt. <IMAGE>
