[origin: EP0786635A2] An installation has the following three operating lines. Firstly a first line (40) for supplying kiln cars (50, with table structures of firing aids and ware, to and from a firing kiln (30). Secondly a second line (60) for travel, in alternate directions parallel to the first line (40, of a vehicle (62) which has handling equipment for transferring a table structure with unfired or fired ware respectively between a kiln car (50) on the first line (40) and a third line (80). Thirdly, a third line (80) with equipment (82,96) for automatically and/or manually loading and unloading ware onto and from a firing table structure.
