[origin: EP0787438A2] Front part (2), back part and waistband (4) form underpants, particularly slip, with a transverse opening (14) in the middle of the front part, positioned so that the upper edge of the opening is formed by the waistband. Preferably the lower edge (15) of the opening is curved in an arc shape, so that the opening is approximately the shape of a circular segment. The lower edge may be reinforced with elastic, with an elastic tape included. Front and back parts of the slip are preferably of an elastic knitted or woven material.
