Abstract (en)
The rigid cap (11) has a rear cylindrical flange (13) for holding one end of the bag. The front of the bag (15) is supported by a transverse wall (12) with an outlet (17). Part of the sheeting of the bag is cut by a recess (16) starting from the transverse wall and connecting with the outlet. The recess contains at least one pin (18) whose point (19) facing the bag is set back into the recess in relation to the surface of the transverse wall supporting the bag. The height of the pin is less than half the depth of the recess. The recess with a transverse wall forms a sharp edge.

Eine Vorrichtung zum Entleeren eines eine pastöse Masse enthaltenden Schlauchbeutels 15 umfaßt ein Kappenteil 11, das eine den Schlauchbeutel nach vorne abstützende Querwand 12, einen daran angeformten Zylinderflansch 13 zur Aufnahme des vorderen Schlauchbeutelendes und einen Austrittsnippel 17 aufweist. Der Austrittsnippel 17 geht von einer in der Querwand 12 ausgebildeten Vertiefung 16 aus, in der ein parallel zur Schlauchbeutelachse stehender Dorn 18 angeformt ist. Die Dornspitze 19 ist gegenüber der Ebene der Querwand 12 zurückversetzt. Bei Aufbringen eines Entleerungsdrucks auf den Schlauchbeutel 15 bläht sich der über der Vertiefung 16 gelegene Teil der Schlauchbeutelfolie in diese hinein aus, bis ihr maximal gedehnter Mittelteil von der Dornspitze 19 geritzt wird und aufplatzt. Der Schlauchbeutelinhalt kann sich dann in die den Dorn 18 umgebende Vertiefung 16 und über den Austrittsnippel 17 entleeren. <IMAGE>
