Abstract (en)
The fold (11) has a corner (13) facing the bag interior and is fixed by a V-shaped welding seam (12). The foil material in the gore area of the V-shaped welding seam is removed. The fold can also be fixed by an outer clip. The clip is of metal with two counterpoised tensioned arms, which end at a position facing the container interior in a corner. The fold is formed close to one end of the bag. If the filled hose bag is set under pressure, at the inner corner of the clip the tension maximum will occur in the hose bag foil and the bag at this point will break. A four-cornered metal clip or one which is three-cornered may be used.

Bei einem zur Aufnahme einer fließfähigen Masse dienenden Schlauchbeutel ist in die Schlauchbeutelfolie eine Falte 11 eingeformt, die so gestaltet ist, daß sie den Beutelquerschnitt lokal abrupt verkleinert. Die Falte 11 kann durch eine V-förmige Schweißnaht 12 fixiert sein. Wird der Schlauchbeutel unter Druck gesetzt, so wird der an der Spitze 13 der V-förmigen Schweißnaht 12 gelegene Bereich der Schlauchbeutelfolie der maximalen Spannung ausgesetzt, so daß der Beutel gezielt an dieser Stelle bricht und eine Entleerungsöffnung bildet. <IMAGE>
