Abstract (en)
The invention pertains to a method to provide a working top consisting of one or more parts with a water retaining bar, and to apply subsequently a hard finishing layer, wherewith the edge of the working top is milled with the upper surface as reference plane, and at the top surface an upper plane is milled up to a predetermined depth and at the bottom surface a bottom plane parallel to the milled upper plane and up to a predetermined distance from there, and subsequently a profile making up the water retaining bar, is secured tightly to the milled planes. The applied profile is also part of the invention. <IMAGE>
