The unit (2,3) incorporates a spring (30) made of plastic or suchlike and at least one of its cross sectional sides is approximately rectilinear. The spring cross section (50) may have at least two rectilinear sides, and may be four-sided. In the axial plane of the spring the spring cross section preferably has a dimension which differs from its dimension in plane at right angles to the spring axis (10).

Eine Austragvorrichtung (1) enthält eine Rückstell-Feder (30) aus Kunststoff o. dgl., die polygonale Federquerschnitte (50) hat und einteilig mit mindestens einem formsteifen Anschlußkörper (45, 46) als Wendelfeder ausgebildet ist. Die Feder (30) kann dadurch mit nahezu beliebigen weiteren Funktionsteilen der Austragvorrichtung (1) einteilig ausgebildet sein, wodurch es möglich ist, eine Austragpumpe aus nur zwei oder mehr Bauteilen zusammenzusetzen. Ferner können Bauteile in einer Spritzgußform zunächst einteilig miteinander hergestellt und dann vor der vollständigen Entformung in eine gegenseitige Arbeitslage überführt werden. <IMAGE>
