Abstract (en)
The hinge consists of a bracket on which a corner pivot pin (10) is mounted on a horizontal bolt (9). The pivot pin (10) has a recessed web (13) at its end with which it is mounted over the bolt (9) while it is pushed into position after the bracket has been screwed to the window frame. The bolt is held in position by the elastic deformation of the flanges, of the bracket, between which it is mounted. The hinge part, which is mounted on the window frame, has a corner strip which is placed with a vertical sleeve (25) over the pivot pin (10). The moving part of the hinge incorporates a stop (22) with which it lies against the hinge bracket so that the window is supported at a slight angle (24) to the vertical.

Beschrieben wird ein Eckscharnier, insbesondere ein Drehkipp-Ecklager für Fenster und Türen od. dgl., das als blendrahmenseitige Ecklager-Baueinheit 1 einen Rahmenlagerbock 2 aufweist, an dem auf einem horizontalen Achsbolzen 9 ein Ecklagerbolzen 10 über ein Kipplagerauge 13 beweglich abgestützt ist. Darüber hinaus ist es mit einem flügelseitigen Eckband ausgestattet, das über eine aufrechte Scharnierhülse 25 mit dem Ecklagerbolzen 10 in Drehgelenk-Eingriff steckbar ist. Dieses Eckscharnier bzw. Drehkipp-Ecklager zeichnet sich aus durch Anschlagflächen 22 am Rahmenlagerbock 2 und Anschlagflächen 23 am Kipplagerauge 13 des Ecklagerbolzens 10, durch die der Ecklagerbolzen 10 in einer vorgegebenen Winkellage 24 starr gegen den Rahmenlagerbock 2 in einer leicht nach vorwärts - vom Rahmenlagerbock 2 weg - geneigten Winkellage 24 abstützbar ist. <IMAGE>
