Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0790460A2] The boiler has tubes (1) with fins (2), through which hot gas, possibly exhaust gas, flows. It has guide sheets (5) for the gas flow between the tubes in a lower row and those in an upper row, guiding the flow to an upper tube (1,2). The finned tubes of a first horizontal row are aligned with the tubes of the next row. Between two adjacent tubes there may be a funnel-like outlet region for the hot gas, in which the apex of the V-shaped guide sheet is fitted. The sheet extends over the entire length of the tube.
