The ski binding plate (3) has a part (4) protruding beyond its underside and supported on the ski's top side to which it is fixed. The binding plate has parts (3') forming the ends of the support plate by which it protrudes beyond the support part and is spaced apart from the ski's top side at these parts. At least one end of the binding plate has a guide (9) for a guide element (10) fixed to the ski (1). Near the guide element is at least one shock-absorber element (13) operating between the binding plate and a counter-piece (12) spaced apart from the binding plate.

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine neuartige Tragplatte zur Befestigung einer Skibindung an einem Ski, mit einer Bindungsplatte, die mit einem über ihre Unterseite vorstehenden und sich auf der Skioberseite abstützenden Bereich an der Skioberseite befestigbar ist und die mit Abschnitten, die die Enden der Tragplatte bildenden, über den abstützenden Bereich wegsteht und an diesen Abschnitten von der Skioberseite beabstandet ist. <IMAGE>
