[origin: EP0791779A2] The headlamp unit has a rear reflector (2) with 2 segments (14,15) of different curvature, defining an optical axis (A), enclosing a dual filament light bulb (3). The main lamp filament (7) extends axially and is partially enclosed by a screening plate for screening an azimuth angle of between 100 and 140 degrees, for defining the illumination zone.
