[origin: EP0792980A1] A door lock has a latch, key-bolt and other usual mechanisms, which are operated from the inside and the outside of a door via a pusher and a cam. The lock is comprised of modular sub-assemblies of a lock-casing (4), complete key-bolt (5,60), complete latch (26) and an interchangeable lock cylinder. The key-bolt and latch assemblies are located into mounting bores in the lock-casing and cover via formed-on distance plates (11,12,13,14,15,24). These distance plates are located either on a key-bolt plate (41,64) or on the baseplate (33) for the latch.
