Abstract (en)
The hinge consists of a mobile section (1) attached to the edge of the opening panel (2) and turning about a pivot (4) in relation to a fixed plate (3). The mobile section of the hinge incorporates a spring-loaded roller (12) which engages with notches (13a,b,c) in a block (13) fastened to the fixed hinge plate by a tongue (15) fitted into an adjustable strip (16) at the back of the plate. The engagement of the roller with the notches enables the door to be set stably in opened and closed positions. The roller is made from metal, and the adjustment of the plate allows the effort required to move the door between positions to be varied.

Une charnière pour porte ou panneau, notamment pour panneau 2 en verre, comporte une paumelle 1 de panneau 2 articulée en rotation autour d'un axe 4 sur une platine de fixation 3. La paumelle 1 de panneau 2 porte un galet 12 de blocage précontraint élastiquement contre un pavé 13 d'indexage entourant ledit axe 4 de rotation. Le pavé 13 d'indexage porte un tenon 15 déplaçable sous l'action d'une plaquette 16 réglable en translation et immobilisable par serrage sur un plan 18 au moyen d'une vis 17 ou analogue. <IMAGE>
