Abstract (en)
The assembly consists of two containers or bottles (A, B), one closed by a seal (14) which can be perforated by a droplet dispenser (30) on the other. The first bottle (A) contains a solid product (P), and the second one has a liquid in it which mixes with the solid product to produce a colloid. The first of the two bottles has an elastomer stopper (10) in its neck which has a central channel (12) and lateral apertures which allow gases formed during the colloid production process to escape. The seal (14) which is perforated by the tip of the droplet dispenser (30) is of aluminium coated with a plastic, which can be sealed by ultrasound.

Ensemble de conditionnement destiné à la préparation lyophilisée de suspensions ou solutions d'un produit actif solide dans un produit liquide, le produit actif ayant subi une lyophilisation et étant contenu dans un flacon A, et le produit liquide étant contenu dans un flacon B fermé par un stilligoutte (30), une pièce de liaison (16) permettant la mise en communication des deux flacons pour former la suspension ou la solution. Le flacon A contenant le produit actif est fermé par un bouchon (10) en élastomère disposant d'une perforation centrale (12) mais normalement obturée par un opercule (14) fixé sur le bouchon par scellage, l'opercule étant perforé par le stilligoutte lorsque les flacons sont mis en communication. Le bouchon (10) comprend plusieurs évidements latéraux pour l'évacuation des gaz résultant de la lyophilisation. <IMAGE>
