[origin: EP0794288A1] The anchors (6) are arranged in the intermediate space between two interconnected profiles (2) of the Y-shaped steel sleeper. The Y-steel sleeper is tensioned against the ground by means of tension plates (13) penetrated by the anchors, and which engage over the foot flange (4) of the profile. The anchor is connected with the ground (5) by means of a dowel (8) or is adhered to the ground. The upper end of the anchor is formed with a thread (10) and the tension plate is secured with a nut (11). The tension plate has a long hole, which is penetrated by the anchor.
