Abstract (en)
The tubular electrical heating element is formed three- dimensionally to lie against each of the walls of the oven providing uniform heating with a single heater. The baking oven (1) has a door opening (2) for access and insulated walls forming an enclosure (3). The heating element tube (4) is formed with sections (7-14) to run along the walls (6,17,26,15,16). The section in the side walls (15,16) is extended with serpentine sections (9,10) and a section (8) is directed over the door opening. The ends of the element are fixed at one point (18) for connection to an electrical supply.

Beheizung für eine Backofenmuffel (1) mit einer Beschickungsöffnung (2), bestehend aus einem im Muffelinnenraum (3) angeordneten Mantelrohrheizkörper (4), wobei der Heizkörper in in mehreren Windungen geführten Heizkörperabschnitten (7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14) aufgeteilt und in einem Befestigungsflansch (18) gehaltert ist. Die Backofenmuffel-Beheizung ist aus einem einzigen Mantelrohrheizkörper (4) gebildet, der zu einem den Muffelinnenraum (3) angepaßten dreidimensionalen Muffelheizkörper (5) gebogen ist, derart, daß eine Rundumbeheizung der Backofenmuffel (1) sichergestellt ist. <IMAGE>
