Abstract (en)
The mould insert (5) limiting the mould nest (6) has one or more movable stops. The stops work in conjunction with the reinforcement mat (7), and they are removable from the nest after the compression of the concrete mass. The stops are arranged on two opposing side walls of the mould insert. By reason of the stop the mobility of the reinforcement mat longitudinally, transversely and downwardly in the mould nest is limited. The mobility of the reinforcement mat in a downward direction is limited by a locating surface of the disc part.

Zum Positionieren einer Bewehrungsmatte (7) aus Stahl in einer Form (3) zur Herstellung von Beton-Formteilen sind an zwei gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Formnestes (6) Anschläge für die Bewehrungsmatte angeordnet. Die Anschläge bestehen aus je einem Schiebeteil (9), das in einer Aussparung (10) des Formeinsatzes (5) horizontal verschiebbar gelagert ist und in das Formnest (6) hineinragt. Auf eine Auflagefläche (13) der Schiebeteile (9) wird die Bewehrungsmatte (7) aufgelegt und somit in vertikaler Richtung positioniert. In Querrichtung der Form (3) wird die Beweglichkeit der Bewehrungsmatte (7) durch zwei seitliche Anschlagflächen (14) des Schiebeteils (9) begrenzt. Die Begrenzung in Längsrichtung erfolgt durch je einen Einsatz (15), der im jeweiligen Schiebeteil (9) horizontal und in Längsrichtung verschiebbar gelagert ist. Nach dem Füllen und Rütteln der Form (3) werden die Schiebeteile (9,15) aus dem Formnest (6) herausgefahren, bis ihre Stirnseiten flächenbündig mit der Innenwandung des Formnestes (6) liegen. Die dadurch entstandenen Hohlräume im Formnest werden durch Nachrütteln und Nachfüllen wieder beseitigt. <IMAGE>
