[origin: EP0796572A2] The parasol has swivel arms (5) supporting the skin structure of the roof, these arms linked to plates (13) attached to the sleeve (2). The inner spaces of the plates are aligned with radial holes (14, 15) in the sleeve and connected to the rainwater run-off channel (16) formed by the interior of the support pole (1). The stand (22) has a lower outlet (33) connectable to a drainage hose (37). The sleeve is sealed below the radial holes against the surface of the pole.
