Abstract (en)
The coating unit comprises an exchangeable container (8) which is fitted inside a part of the unit, and is accessible from outside through an opening (16) in the part. The container is coupled to a valve block (4), which in turn is connected to the spray device. The part contains a pneumatic locking cylinder, to press the container against the valve block. The container is formed as a dosing cylinder, and has a sliding piston (14) at one end. This moves towards the valve outlet (10) to eject the paint. The piston rod (18) is driven by an electric servo motor (22). The piston rod end facing the container has a stop sensor (32).

Ein auswechselbarer Farbbehälter (8) ist in den Innenraum eines Anlagenteils (1) einsetzbar, der aus isolierendem Werkstoff bestehen kann, und wird dort an einen Ventilblock (4) der Sprühvorrichtung angekoppelt.
