[origin: EP0796734A1] The drum has bulkhead plates (17) with blowers (15) secured to the end sides of the rotating drum cover (13). The plates have through holes (20) for the entry of the blown air produced by the blowers into the interior of the drum cover. The drum is mounted on a shaft (14) with a chain wheel (19). A heater (24) is provided on the chain wheel in the region of each blower.
